Peace & Security

The UN was created following the second World War, because the international community did not want mankind to suffer the pain and horror suffered by millions of people around the world.  Since then there have been many conflicts and organised movements that threaten the  safety and security globally. 

In the Caribbean some of those issues include - the illicit trade of small arms, illegal drugs , human trafficking, spreading radical terrorist ideology in addition to other regional and local issues of crime and violence.
